GREAT THOUGHTS TWO

Life is so short that it must be lived slowly. Slowing down can mean you look at things calmly. Don’t fly of the handle.
You can try mini-meditation while the phone is on hold. Practice yielding and you will be amazed to see how relaxed you feel and how much more efficient in life you become.
Sink a little and do some abdominal breathing when stuck in a line at the bank or waiting anywhere. It will do good to your digestive system.
Life is simple----normally you live, learn, seek happiness and love, you grow old, and you die. Live and act simply and truthfully. Get out of your own way, and you’ll find all your problems begin to resolve themselves.
There is nothing in our power; when you have done your best; leave it upto HIM, HE knows best when it is to be done.

Jaisa pani vaisi Vani so be careful where you eat or drink.

People are often unreasonable, illogical and self centered; forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives; be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies; succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you; be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, some one could destroy overnight; build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness they may be jealous; be happy anyway.
The good you do today people will often forget tomorrow; do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough; give the world the best you’ve got anyway.
In the final analysis, it is between you and GOD; it was never between you and them anyway.

Where there is pain, I wish you peace and mercy. Where there is self doubt, I wish you a renewed confidence in your ability to work through it. Where there is exhaustion, I wish you understanding, patience and renewed strength. Where there is fear, I wish you love and Courage.
